Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Colossal Fitness Gym member portal and the membership request process. By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.
2. Membership requests are not enrollment
Submitting a request does not create a membership. Staff review every request. A membership starts only after staff approve the request and confirm the start date and payment.
3. Online payments
Online payments are processed by PayMongo through its hosted checkout. Card details and wallet credentials are entered on PayMongo, never in this app. A payment is confirmed only after PayMongo sends a verified server notification. A browser return page or query string is not proof of payment.
4. Amounts, currency, and fees
Amounts are shown in Philippine pesos and are set by the gym from your selected plan. The gym absorbs PayMongo processing fees for the MVP; the amount charged is the plan price shown at checkout. Bank or wallet charges, if any, are set by your provider.
5. Refunds and cancellations
Refund and cancellation rules are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund approval is a decision only; money is considered returned only after PayMongo or the gym confirms the refund.
6. Account responsibilities
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell the gym immediately if you believe your account was accessed without permission.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass payment, submit false payment claims, probe the service, or interfere with other members. The gym may suspend accounts that abuse the portal or violate gym rules.
8. Availability and changes
The portal and online payment rail may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. The gym may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page.
